260gsm Fluorescent Yellow Fabric is 80% cotton 19% polyester 1% antistatic material, usually the fabric weight is 260gsm ± 10gsm. The starting quantity is 1000m for Fluorescent Yellow and 3000m for regular color, the color supports Hi-Vis Fluorescent Yellow+custom color.
Product Description
Twill CVC 80/19/1 FR AST water repellent fluorescent fabric is a twill weave fabric made of a blend of 80% cotton, 19% polyester, and 1% viscose, treated with flame retardant, antistatic and water repellent finish. The cotton provides durability and breathability, while the polyester and viscose add strength and wrinkle resistance. The twill weave creates a diagonal pattern on the surface of the fabric, giving it a distinct appearance. The fabric is also treated with a flame retardant finish to prevent it from catching fire and spreading flames. The antistatic finish prevents the buildup of static electricity on the fabric. And water repellent finish make the fabric resistant to water, keeping the wearer dry. The fabric is also highly visible in low light conditions thanks to the fluorescent treatment. This fabric may be used for safety wear, workwear, or other applications where flame retardancy, antistatic and water repellent properties are important, especially in environments with flammable materials and explosive hazards, such as construction sites or oil rigs, where visibility is also important in low light conditions.
